Financial or psychological stress affects workers
Employers can help!
How employers can help promote worker’s wellness:
The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) suggested ways to help workers, which included:
- Promoting wellness webinars on a more regular basis
- Asking employees what they need as each workplace is different with unique stressors. Identifying the source of stress and taking action to improve the circumstances can have a huge impact on the well-being of employees
Whether you are a large corporation or a small non-profit, we can help you bring Psychological and/or Financial Well-being programs by:
- Assessing the needs of your organization and employees
- Developing a curriculum that caters to the priorities of your organization and your employees (if desirable)
- Delivering workshop(s) that will include practical tips and tools
We also support workplaces with Supervision, Program Development and Evaluation.
